Jazz Showcase Shown the Door

Chicago's venerable Jazz Showcase, the second oldest continually operating jazz club in the United States after the Village Vanguard, has lost its lease at 59 W. Grand Avenue. Owner and founder Joe Segal says he doesn't know where he's going to move, but he hinted that he might set up shop again in the South Loop area.
