Looking Over the Shoulder of the Chicago Tribune

A massing study of the proposed development of the land around the Tribune Tower in Chicago. A massing study is a sort of rough sketch in 3-D, so the tower looking over the right shoulder of the Tribune Tower will look very different. The proposal isn't objectionable, at least not yet. The space around the Tower is mostly parking lots and awkward plazas. However, density is a concern. How many more tourists and conventioneers can be crammed into Michigan Avenue?
